What procedure should I follow to request repair under warranty?

Please note: The following procedure is valid only for purchases from Realteus online store. If you purchased the REALTEUS product from an authorized reseller, please submit the warranty claim to the reseller for an exchange or refund.

If the help section does not solve the problem with your product, please submit a warranty claim request here or send us an email at support@realteus.com and ship your product to the following address:

Proof of purchase may be required.

Once the warranty claim (RMA) is approved, your cost of return shipping to us will be refunded to your payment after sending us a receipt or proof of payment for postage.
