What procedure should I follow to request repair under warranty?

The following procedure is valid only for purchases from Realteus.com store. If you purchased the REALTEUS® product from an authorized reseller, please submit the warranty claim to the reseller for an exchange or refund.

Our guarantee is limited and is not applicable to defects or damage caused by:

  • Wear and tear of materials caused by their normal use;
  • Misuse and incidental damage to any electronic equipment;
  • Improper or unauthorized repairs and modifications;
  • Product being sold at a lower price, in relation to the defect for which the lower price was agreed;

Proof of purchase may be required.

Once the warranty claim (RMA) is approved, your cost of return shipping to us will be refunded to your payment after sending us a receipt or proof of payment for postage.
